- I am a recently graduated journalism student living and working in Johannesburg, South Africa. This blog started when I first came to Jo'burg in July of 2009 and tells all of my initial experiences volunteering here. I now work with the Umuzi Photo Club teaching photography in developing communities, and working on my own freelance projects with the help of the McIntyre Fellowship from the University of Missouri. Thanks to all my family and friends for keeping up with my (sometimes) delayed posts.
